Returning or Exchanging Items

Returns and exchanges are not a problem at GTD Apparel. You have 21 days from time of purchase to let us know if you need a new size, color or style, or if you would like us to issue a refund.  

Just use the form below to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange. We will contact you with information on where to send your item. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees for the return. 

If you would like to exchange the item please let us know what you item you would like to receive in return. 

If you would prefer to receive a refund, we will refund the cost of the returned merchandise. As soon as we receive the delivery, you will receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed.

Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. When the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

 

Please note, we are unable to process returns or refunds for custom apparel purchased through a group sale, or personalized items such as Varsity Jackets.
